- Zachariah Sheridan Added April 05, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wanted to surprise my partner by fixing her bike, I asked for a quote to have it in working order and New Farm Bikes completed the service. Three days later my partner was going to take it out for first time but the freewheel was broken. Was quoted another $50 to fix this on top of the $150 I already paid to have it fixed. Feedback was general unhelpful and the problem was put back on me "because it was a cheap bike". Lots of other bike shops around with better customer service.
