  Beautiful studio with excellent instructors and facilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a range of Pilates-based fitness classes. The sessions always feel intimate and professional.

  Thank you to all the team of The Body Refinery. I have been going since my first pregnancy (3 years ago) attending their Pregnancy classes, then their Mums and Bubs classes, as well as booking several Remedial Massage sessions.
  I love the vibes of this studio and the professionalism of all the therapists and Instructors. I am now attending the Pilates and Fitness classes through an unlimited membership.
  I can't recommend The Body Refinery enough!

  I first looked into The Body Refinery when I was experiencing bad back pain and I was looking for some assistance with this. I booked a massage with Tamara and I was and still am so glad that I did. Not only is Tamara an exceptional masseuse, she is a wonderful person and is extremely knowledgeable with regards to mind and body health. It was Tamara who suggested (based on the pain I was and had been experiencing) that I seek some physiotherapy treatment and perhaps even pilates. It was then that I booked in with Charmi for some one-on-one physiotherapy. Charmi is incredible. Not only has she become a friend, she too has such a great knowledge in her field and truly just wants to see that you walk away feeling better from her treatment and advice. After quite a few physiological treatments, I began attending weekly pilates in one of Charmi's classes. Over this time, I have had such an improvement with the pain throughout my back and other areas of my body. If I arrive to class and have a particular area of concern, Charmi immediately re-designs my program to cater to my needs at that time. Further to these two incredible ladies, both Jordan and Michelle are always so happy, welcoming and efficient in their roles within the practise too. I'm extremely grateful that I now have my forever go to to keep my body in-tune and feeling great.

  Very much appreciate the atmosphere and service at Body Refinery in New Farm. Physiotherapy there is beneficial and conducted professionally, the environment and studio is wonderfully clean and well presented. I also enjoy the mat/stretch classes.   I first joined The Body Refinery's Reformer class with their intro offer: 5 Fitness Classes for $50. This was 2 years ago and since I have tried all their amazing fitness classes (I really like the TRX classes as well). The instructors are always so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a beautiful studio with fun and professional vibes then I highly recommend you stop by The Body Refinery in New Farm!
